Really? I mean, really?

Amazon now has a new feature to view "concordance" (words that are used often in a book) and text stats.

Here's a link to the stats on Thurston Moore's Alabama Man, for instance.

He really, really, really likes to use the word "really"... and his fog index (which indicates the number of years of formal education required to read and understand a passage of text) is 8.7. Compare to The Great Gatsby (9.2). There are other stats and first sentences and statistically improbable phrases.

Moore's new book, The Art of the Mix Tape comes out June 13th.
